Revolution is a prescription flea and parasite medication for dogs and puppies six weeks of age and older that requires a virtual veterinarian consultation before it can be shipped to you. This topical solution contains selamectin and provides broad-spectrum protection against internal and external parasites in an easy-to-use monthly application. One dose each month delivers comprehensive parasite protection to keep your dog healthy and parasite-free.
Revolution protects dogs from fleas by killing adult fleas and preventing viable flea eggs from being produced, while also preventing heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis. Revolution treats and controls ear mites, sarcoptic mange, and brown dog tick infestations, and aids in the treatment and control of roundworm infections. Monthly use also helps improve the clinical signs of flea allergy dermatitis. Simply apply the topical solution once monthly to your dog's skin at the base of the neck in front of the shoulder blades. Bathing or shampooing two or more hours after application will not reduce efficacy, and Revolution has been tested safely in breeding, pregnant, and lactating dogs, making it a reliable choice for comprehensive monthly parasite protection.
