- The order number and date of purchase.
- The product(s) description and quantity.
- Nature of request (i.e) damaged product, food sensitivity, wrong product delivered, incorrect quantity, if other, please specify.
Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps. If eligible, your refund or return may be approved and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it can take 3–5 business days for the credit to appear once processed.
