Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided during the checkout process. TELUS Health MyPet Store is not liable for shipping delays or delivery issues beyond our control.

Orders may be split into more than one shipment depending on the products ordered.

To check the status of your order, visit "Order History" in your account. If you have any questions, please email us at MyPetStore@telus.com.

All items purchased through TELUS Health MyPet Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

Order processing & delivery timeframes

All orders are processed and shipped via courier. Most items ship within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping of vet recommended diets or diets that require vet authorization

Some of our vet recommended products may require a complimentary follow-up from one of our vets to confirm a few details and ensure the best care for your pet.

  • If your order includes a product requiring vet authorization, the entire order will be placed on hold until our veterinary team has completed their review.
  • If the vet authorization is completed, your full order will ship together.
  • If the vet authorization is not completed, the entire order will be canceled, and you won't be charged.

Responding quickly to any follow-up requests will help us process your order without delay.
